My complaint:

Asked member of staff about return of faulty item he told me I then asked if he could let me pay for 2 items I had and he said no in a very loud voice I’m closed ,I think everyone inn the veracinity heard him there was no need for that made me feel very embarrassed.

Suggested solution:

He needs a lesson in customer service and be told and needs a bit more patience with people and lower his voice tone
