Lidl complaint: Bad service

My complaint:

Checkout girl ignored clients while conducting a conversation with someone behind her.
She overcharged me on two items and discarded invoice.
I asked for a copy but didn’t see the error till I got home.
I shop in Lidl ballinasloe and Gort and always happy with attentive friendly staff.
Won’t be returning to Wellpark.
