My complaint:
I bought an oven in July last year, the inner glass broke into bits while in use. I contacted Lidl by phone, and was told they would look into it, but it would take some time as they had to go back to where it was made, Turkey. Now some time has passed and I just would like to hear how it is going. I attach a photo of the receipt. I also have photos of the broken glass door but this page only allows 1 photo. If you ask I will send the other photos too..
Suggested solution:
I would prefer to have a refund if possible.
