My complaint:
February 27, 2021 at 3:34 PM I shopped in Lidl. I didn’t want to check out at Terminal 003 because the employee had been rude to me on several occasions; but the other register closed while I was in line. I was helping my son put items in bags and I was in the way of the next customer using his card to pay for his items. The employee rudely told me to move. I moved out of the way. My son didn’t like the way she spoke to me. We asked an employee for information to file a complaint. Sharon closed her register, came over to us and yelled at me you are a liar. the other employee was shocked and apologized to us for Sharon’s conduct.
Suggested solution:
Sharon should not be a manager. We can't shop in Lidl because we are concerned that the next time Sharon may become physical. She doesn't seem to have control.
