My complaint:

Their Ref: 57875373

A Lidl staff member processed my shopping but cancelled the app , so that I missed out on the app benefits including for a product I only bought because Lidl promised by a cut price. I also missed out ]on their wheel competition due to their error. Lidl has failed to redress this.
