My complaint:
I bought two well presented lamb steaks, when opened though, a huge amount of fat was hidden in the middle of one of the steaks.
As in folded over, whoever the “butcher” was 100% knew this was a very poor cut of meat that wasn’t fit for human consumption.
This is supposed to be a steak not offal!
I know lambs fatty, but this is a premium cut of meat.
Suggested solution:
Refund me the cost of the lamb steaks as this is obviously not the 8.4g of fat per 100g as advertised!
