My complaint:
I wass accused of stealing in the wrong at pompignane branch. Then assaulted by security. Then whilst waiting for the manager the security man went crazy and ran out of the store trying to attack me.
Suggested solution:
They are simply ignoring me
No response at all just intial apology.
