My complaint:

Reading not reading properly Your app does not read properly and then when I leave the shop it says I have a digital receipt never takes any money off of anything would it be possible if you could send me a card instead of this app yes before you ask I have deleted it and reset it and deleted it and reset it over and over and over again and yes I have updated over and over and over again would like a card please as I use your shop nearly every day

Suggested solution:

They should literally ask for my address and send me a card instead of the app as the app does not work properly never has there are a lot of old people my age would prefer a card as the app that everyone has a phone with that on the shop itself is fine it’s just the app and you need more boxes of veg for £1.50 for Disabled people my age as well that would be very helpful many thanks for taking the time to read this essay
