My complaint:

Complaint. Regarding the discrimination against me that took place in LiDL Rochdale.on26052022 time:11:09:55 made by a LidL employee TID: 4476, MID: 87573. My name is Urszula Banach I am 79 years old and I am disabled person receiving Attendance Allowance who needs help of another personto go shopping. My address: 58 Dunstable, Rochdale OL12 0PQ. On 26052022 I went with my neighbor Czeslaw Jaszczak address: 9 Samuel Ashworth Street, Rochdale, OL12 0AY to LiDL for shopping. According to the Customer Disclaimer, my neighbor and me took one bottle of vegetable oil each, this was one per customer. At the check out the cashier took 1 bottle of oil which was intended for me, he left only 1 bottle for my neighbor, it did not help any explanation that each of us belonged to a separate household. I would like to mention that the Customer Disclaimer clearly says that one bottle of oil is entitled to one client. I believe that the above-montioned cashier has explicity discriminated against the elderly and disabled person. Accorging to the law, this is unacceptable. I am asking you to fix it, otherwise I will take the case to court.

Suggested solution:

Exemption from work employee and granting me some kind of compensation.
