My complaint:
Yesterday I waited in the queue to be served, when it was my turn to be served, a friend of the cashier came up to speak to her as they chatted. My goods were put through the till blip without even an acknowledgment of me. As I needed to get to the end of the conveyors belt to put my shopping trolley the friend decided to leave.
A good few seconds later another woman came up to her and started taking again.
I didn’t say anything at the time but I think my face told a lot.
This has happened twice now in the same store.
I lived in Germany twice in the forces and this would never have happened there.

Suggested solution:
Give special training on how to respect the customer as it's the customer who is paying their wage.
