My complaint:
Dear Sirs.. i recently purchased 2 packs of beef rib-eye steaks on 2 different dates at a cost of £7.69 per pack the 8th and the 14th Sep 2020. I have bought this product before and always been very happy with the steaks but on this occasion they were inedible very grisly and chewy and absolutely tasteless. It was a shame as i actually took the steaks to friends and cooked it for them so a bit embarrassing !!! However the dog enjoyed the steak immensely !!!
