Complaint: Not complying with COVID Hygiene standards

My complaint:

Visited this store, shocked to see black plastic baskets trolleys all disgustingly dirty, With sticky stains and debris etc at bottom. Looked at about 10 and they were all the same. No cleaning equipment in sight to attempt to self sanitise these baskets. I mentioned this politely to a member of staff who just looked at me vacantly and said ‘ok’ before continuing with her work. No effort or action was taken to even check on the baskets. I will be taking photos next time I am passing. I submitted a complaint, online, to Lidl last week. Still no reply or acknowledgement.
In these times of COVID 19, I am shocked and deeply disappointed with this store.

Suggested solution:

Acknowledge my concerns in a professional manner and at the very least ‘have a look ‘ at what I was complaining about instead of just ignoring the issue. Please don’t say the baskets are checked and cleaned often......NOT SO !
