Complaint: Covid19 Guild lines not being follow.

My complaint:

I was in Lidl shopping on Wednesday 200121. Time between 9.42 to about 10.59. unfortunately I didn`t keep my receipt.

Whilst in Lidl shopping I noticed a family of 4 shopping. Mum, Dad, Two young girls. This is against our Government covid19 restrictions to protect the public from Covis19. Only 1 person allow to shop at one time not a hole family,

I was in such a hurry looking for things, that I forgot to report to a member of staff.

Also 2 months ago I was in the same lidl when I and another shopper noticed a Man trying on Jackets, Yet again this is not allowed because of passing on Covid19. I did mention this incident to a member of staff what was happening, But by the expression on the staff members face was enough to say I probably said to wrong thing, And that they couldn’t be bothered to deal with the situation..

Do lidl not follow the Government guild lines ? And do you have instore cameras.

I also do think the staff at lidl need more training in Covid10 Guild lines on how to protect customers .

I hope to hear back from you soon .As I am beginning to get worried about shopping at lidl.

Follow the Government guild line. Have a member of staff on the door, Oh yes! that reminds me. NOT a member of staff that sits on his phone all day, which we did complain about to store manage in last lockdown

Can not add photo ,but check you instore camera. between the times i given to you above.
