My complaint:
I recently found some splinters of bone in a pack of “Birchwood 8 Double Stack Beef Burgers” and as this is the second time it has happened within a 6 week period feel it necessary to inform you so that you could take this forward with your suppliers.
Fortunately I did not break a tooth on the bone but this could quite easily have happened. I did actually dispose of the rest of the pack as I did not feel confident in eating this product. We are regular customers of Lidl shopping each week at the Brighouse store.
