My complaint:
To who this may concern,
I have been doing my weekly shop for years with you I don’t go anywhere else and I have never had a problem.
I cooked my large pack of chicken and served my family.
Luckily it was me that discovered this but just in time I chewed into my chicken and as I went to swallow I felt something sharp
As I picked it out I realised there was a peace of plastic inside of piece of chicken.
Luckily it wasn’t one of my young children that had this.
I have attached the photo below and a picture of the packet the chicken came from. I hope this. Doesn’t happen to another customer as it could have caused serious concequences

What can you offer for this near tragic experience that could of caused me serious harm or even one of my children
