My complaint:
I visited my local Lidl store in Thurso (Caithness ) on Thursday 30th January. I presented my App on my phone to which the girl on the till said it has been accepted to which I was doubtful to begin with. Upon receiving my receipt after checkout I found no discounts had been recieved. The discount in total should have been £12.00 but this was not taken off my shopping.
I went back to ask the girl if the app went went through to which she said it had, but no discounts showed up on the receipt.
Tolal was £49.43 on 30th Jan 2021 at 15.15.57Hrs
