My complaint:
The lady at till number one accused me of stealing a shopping bag when I had my receipt from last time I was shopping I show her the receipt behind everyone and she still saying I steal the bag, her attitude was racial, discrimination, when i told her to call the duty manager she refuse to do so.
Suggested solution:
I want the staff and duty manager to apologise
