My complaint:
I apparently “did not pay” for a 60p item , and a short asian woman started screaming out the shop at me and started accusing me of stealing 60pence ??? Respect me . Said woman then asked for my receipt and i told her it’s in the bin and you can even check cctv and see that it’s on the bin ? just because i mistakenly put one item instead of two ??? absolute rubbish . What business does a 15 year old school girl have to be stealing from lidl ?

they did not , said woman then repeatedly said that i didn’t pay showing no sense of remorse whatsoever . Absolutely shameful customer service .
