My complaint:

I had purchased a 6 month policy for my 1999 Ford F 350 at the end of June in July I bought a car and had it added on to the policy also for 6 months I asked the representative when the extra money for the car was going to be took from my account he stated it would be took out that day then today September the 29th I’m told my insurance is going to be counseled October the 13th so I call to see what the problem was since I was told I was good for the 6 months well according to them it wasn’t withdrawed which they still can’t give me a reason so I ask to speak to a superviser they said ok 1 would call me within 24 hours so while I was waiting I called the bank and from what we can come up with its possible they didn’t which im not and the bank is not for sure since they drew money out 2 times that month.. Well 2 days later I get a call from Amy B. The superviser half her name was all I could get. As she rudely told me the rest wasn’t my business. I told her I was going to pay it even though I’m not sure I owe it all I wanted to no was why it wasn’t took out? and since it wasn’t my fault could they waive the $10.00 overdue charge that’s when she got angry started saying No where not waiving nothing and we don’t waive nothing continuing on and on about something I couldn’t understand.so I could tell she was upset about something.I have no idea about what but she sure didn’t need to be a superviser if that’s the way she acts. So I asked her if I could speak to another superviser with hopes to get this resolved she plainly stated No in a loud voice and said if you try to call and ask for another superviser it’s not happening!because I’m writing something down to where no-one will speak to you! I’ve never felt so embarrasseded and bullied discremanated and disappointed in someone I’ve gave hundreds of dollars to then treated like trash

Suggested solution:

All I want is what I wanted from the beginning for you to waive the overdue on it.but now I think I deserve a apology from Amy B. Just because she was having a bad day didn't give her the right to take it out on me a customer you've had for at least 2 years
