My complaint:

My home was affected by the worse storm I’ve seen in CA 1723. I lost a portion of my roof, that was foam and guess what they want to use the same roof that blew over..OMG! and my AC blew over and rained on the ductwork. I had significate water damage to my home. My electrical box was damage and the bill 1585, this had not been paid I was told by my claims adjuster Nicole Reese to find a contractor, which I did from a good company, American Home Energy, that bill was 16K for water mitigation and Asbestos still not paid. I have called and texted Nicole multiple times and Liberty Mutal multiple times I must say a few reps have been helpful, I called her Supervisor Amy Kahn twice NO response. My contractor called Kameron McAfee from the water Mitigation twice and sent an email still no response. Nicole sent people to my home, and I asked for a copy of the estimate. This has been the worse customer, at a very difficult time in our life. I have asked Nicole multiple time to speak with my contractor who is working with multiple insurance companies, but this has been the worse. They emailed my contractor at a general box 3 times; he got one 28 but they had the correct phone number, and they didn’t even be bother to call him. I have never been thru anything like this. I have filed a complaint with the CDI, I’ve contacted FEMA. I realize a lot of fraud can happen at this time but the solution for me is a company who understand CUSTOMER SERVICE. They gave me a number to text her directly and that didn’t even help with responses. I just want a company teams with the client for the best possible outcome for both parties this has NOT been my experience with the Liberty Mutual team!!!

Suggested solution:

I need a new claims adjuster that I can work with. I need a fresh start and with the CDI compliant, I'm sure this would not continue to be a good fit for my household.
