My complaint:

Filed a claim for storm damage and from the beginning Liberty Mutual has been terrible. Left multiple messages for Nicole and it took 3 weeks for her to finally call me back to tell me they are going to close the claim without coming inside the home to look at the water damage on ceiling. Mind you this eas the first time she reached out after the initial claim. She even sent an adjuster out without ing. Then when I asked to speak to manager she started to argue and get defensive. Finally talked to her supervisor Amy Kahn and that was a joke. Was like talking to a 5 year old. She said I need to hire a contractor to come out and finish the inspection that Liberty Mutual didnt finish. She actually laughed and giggled when I asked for her boss info. Repeated that she was the boss. Obviously these 2 are the dynamic duo as they have a track record of complaints together.

Suggested solution:

When the finish the inspection properly.
