Lenovo complaint: Delayed Product

My complaint:

I ordered a Lenovo product on the 6th of March and I got the order submitted email (see the attachment below). However, it says the shipping date is 1-2 business days. After the 6th day, I called the customer service to get any information about my order. She said she will send me an email, why it has been delayed. After the conversation I just received an email that my order had been canceled, however, I told many times on the phone do not cancel it, because I have waited much for it.
I called them back to get any information about why they did it and they said the warehouse canceled it. For me, it is really disappointed and strange that after talking to a customer service representative I got a cancellation email and they said they did not send it. If I am not contacting the customer service won’t I get an email about my order? I asked also a supervisor to explain to me the situation, but she also could not help me.

Suggested solution:

Please provide me at least the same discount for my new order because I need this ThinkVision P27Q 27 Monitor urgently.
