Lenovo complaint: Failed repairs over several months

My complaint:

Lenovo have been unable to repair my yoga 510 laptop under warrantee and as a result I’ve had no computer for several months.

They won’t give me my money back or offer a new replacement. The case has been escalated to the Lenovo Sales Force customer service team whobwon’t reply to my emails or speak to me by phone. They can neither make or receive calls….!!!!

After being on hold for half an hour and going through other customer service departments I eventually got them to tespond. They emailed, refused to refund my money and only offered a 5th repair: but there is no guarantee of success, only more time that I’m without a laptop.

I’m self employed and the issue is now serious. They couldn’ t care less. The lack of support or empathy is shocking. Their warrantee is not fit for purpose.

Suggested solution:

Money back preferably, or new replacement urgently. I cannot wait any longer.
