Lenovo complaint: Lenovo is the worst. I will never buy another product from them again

My complaint:

I think Lenovo’s technical support should be ashamed of the way that they interact with their clients. I have a 5 year old gaming Desktop in the Legion series, and 2 nights ago, I was updating some drivers, and the computer rebooted and gave me a blue screen with a stop code. (0xc000021a) When I looked up this stop code, it. It said it was a pretty easy fix. And I was in the automated. Repair and it got stuck. And when I had to force reboot it, which is what the site said to do, it now only goes through a vicious loop of booting into that stop code error box. I tried the virtual Technical support tool and that was awful. It was a waste of time. And then this morning, I called, and they could have cared less and told me to take it to Best Buy. He would not even answer a question about how to get this computer into safe mode, since Windows 10 changed the normal protocol and made it this horrible Circus Act. I am extremely pissed off right now. I have 6 Lenovo computers between Desktops and Laptops and I a never going to buy another product of theirs again. This Desktop worked great and I never had an issue with it. It most likely needs s hard drive replacement which I can do myself, but they wont even tell me why my unit wont go into safe mode… I am posting complaints and warnings everywhere in hopes that someone will do the right thing and help me.

they should help me any way they can. This guy was awful and told me to go to best buy
