My complaint:

To begin, I have had a Lenovo ThinkPad for the past 3 years and for about half of that time things were going well. The problems began when my laptop’s charging port began to fail, and I could no longer charge my computer. I sought out the help of the Lenovo customer service representatives and everything was seemingly going smoothly. A repair person came out to my home to address the issue and replaced the old motherboard with a replacement. Unfortunately, this did not fix the issue as the new charging port was immediately destroyed when the repair person plugged in my laptop. This same exact experience happened a total of three times. Technician after technician was sent to my residence to apply the same fix to my computer and time after time the same scenario happened. This happened right up to the moment my warranty expired and they refused any more service to my still broken laptop. Eventually I sent it off to an outside repair shop and they fixed it at my expense.
Now I am dealing with yet another issue, as my touchpad cursor works only about 40% of the time. I have downloaded updates and drivers and everything one could possibly imagine to remedy this problem. I even attempted to purchase another warranty from Lenovo so they might finally be of service. This was denied me. So now I am stuck with a laptop which works about 40% of the time and a customer service which helps 0% of the time. If I had the money, I would simply buy another computer — and when I do, I can assure you it will NOT be a Lenovo product — but for now I am stuck using this broken down machine in hopes that today it might work a little better than usual. As of now, I have no use of my touchpad.

Suggested solution:

Since they failed to fix my computer the first three times it was under warranty, I would request a new computer with an option to renew my warranty.
