Lenovo complaint: They do not respect your warranty even if you pay extra money for it

My complaint:

I paid over 80% money to have the best after sale warranty service possible and hoping to save me some time and problems. After less than a year the usb port started failing, Lenovo did nothing about that (except wasting 5 hours of my time on the phone). Around one year after that, the WIFI card stopped being detected. They did nothing for that (except wasting 4 hours of my time on the phone). 3 month after, the touchpad and the keyboard started to fail (around 50% of the time without any response). After 4 hours on the phone and a week waiting for the replacements parts, they sent a technician to install the part and the technician insisted to use my hard drive to do the work even if I paid for a service called keep your drive to ensure my data are protected. One hours after the technician went away, the computer stopped working, being stuck on the Lenovo logo of the boot screen. Since I can’t get a proper service for a warranty I paid around 500$ I asked them to refund it to me witch they refused. They also say they will keep sending technician with replacements part until I give up rather than sending a new working laptop. It is stealing people if you pay to get 24h service at home and it take more than 2 year to fake repair and waste peoples times until they give up.

Suggested solution:

Refund my extended warranty (around 500$) since it should have been covered by the included warranty when the motherboard started failing less than a year after the purchase and send me a brand new unit.
