LATAM Airlines complaint: Vouchers refund not paid for over six months

My complaint:

Our flight from Puerto Maldonado, Peru to Lima, Peru for our family was cancelled. LATAM said to contact them for a refund, which we did. Following their process I spoke to them several times and sent them more than 20 emails with the necessary forms and personal documentation fully completed. Despite all this, LATAM has kept delaying and has not actioned my claim for several months. This has been very frustrating. They have been closing my case, without resolution.

On the last occasion, Case 52345141 [Travel Refund]. they advised in Aug-2023 that the funds would be credited to the bank account, below is a copy of the message. Unfortunately, no funds were credited to our bank account.

We inform you the Travel vouchers refund is already done by our specialized are to your ANZ bank account. Please be advised it will be reflected at the next bank statement.
We truly value you as a customer and apologize for the inconvenience this caused.

A further call to them showed the case was closed. And they have only created another case 55464042.

Please advise how I file a complaint to LATAM.

Suggested solution:

They should simply credit my account number with the voucher refund amount for the five vouchers submitted to them, for the 5 family members.
