My complaint:

I completed a request with LATAM asking for a full refund of the flight ticket due to my mother passing I had to travel before from Australia to Colombia, and the 1 of September I received an email from LATAM that mentioned that my request could not be processed and I should not respond the email because it was an automatic message and that my case was closed.
Now, I return to Australia and even when I have to deal with my current situation I have to complaint to recover my money, because I only received 30% of the refund, this has been a very stressful situation and just asking my case is reviewed again and the money pending is refund to my account.

Suggested solution:

My complaint could be resolved is LATAM follows good practices by refunding the full amount I paid for my ticket, the pending amount is 2000 Australian dollars, if they have the intention to do what is right they can ask for my details in the email, and not just assuming the case is closed and not given the opportunity for a reply or for me to provide more information.
I really appreciate if this situation is review as I'm currently facing a very stressful situation and LATAM should refund my money.
