My name is Zonia Calderon De Sousa, I bought 2 tickets in London but the trip was for Peru Lima to Arequipa, the Latan airlines line canceled the flight I asked them to return the money I sent my identification and the voucher number and bank account, but never They only sent me a voucher to use when I can, I ask for my money back
Mr. Juan David Tapias makes fun of the clients, he asks for all information but he never sends the money or an answer. I ask that my money be returned with interest and the damages that they caused me when they canceled the flight, for being fair
