My complaint:

I would like to express my concern regarding the flight I had from Brazil to Australia, which it was delayed more than 13hours in Chile.
It was a humiliation with the passengers, I saw children and old people sleeping in the floor, and it included myself slept on the ground of a cold Aeroport with my hand luggage next to me. I’ve been that humiliated on my whole life. Latam is the worst flight company I’ve ever seen, no one gave us information. I haven’t also received the anything to eat, which I had to pay from my money.
It was an absurd we didn’t have a hotel to host all the passagens in that flight.

It was very disrespectful with all passagens.
Latam is the wise company to travel. I have no idea why this company is still open.

Suggested solution:

We didn't receive even a hotel accommodation to sleep, it needs to be compensated by an indemnity for all the embarrassment I've been through.
