My complaint:
I have boarded the flight from Lima -Talar airport in the most disorganized fashion .The groups were called and were bundled into the bus .no organization and no announcement in English .
All passengers then decided to use any entry of the plane ( front and back) without anyone checking their seats number to separate and leave distance.
As we all sat down ,few of the passengers changed seats making it even worse by touching everything .There was a family of six or seven adults with one baby under the age of 2 years old .The baby was not strapped while taking off and landing and let lose walking into the plane with grandparents and parents .The mother asked one of the flight attendants to change to the front seats which I understand it was accepted because of the child (????) .This then became a fiasco where all members of the family moved around in seats to entertain the baby .Then mum proceeded to change the baby’s happiest in the middle of the plane and not the toilet .?!?There was not one member of the staff who came out and asked the family to sit down and strapp the baby at least for taking off and landing .
There was the usual alcohol jel being distributed and only once the make flight attendant was checking the masks been worn which he asked the mother to wear .
I was sitting in 6C and the family on 5DEF
Grandfather on 4 D with no one besides him and grandmother on 4C with no one beside her
I find it appalling that a baby’s safety was put in danger by his own family and what us more schooling that this was acceptable in your own aircraft under the watch of the attendants.The changing of nappies must be forbidden in an open space and it must be in a toilet .
This raise a question of what other health and safety measures that were broken and not observed
This was the most appealing flight I have ever been on your airline which I enjoy using when am in South America
