It started with their rejection of the Covid PCR test because it didn’t have a time on it. So my son had to pay $250 for a 1 hour test and it was 2 hours before the flight was scheduled to leave. Luckily, it was done in 30 minutes, but when I went back, the idiot of a supervisor closed the flight 90 minutes before departure and my son missed his flight. Frankly, the airline needs to be shut down for idiocy and incompetence.
By reimbursing me the cost of the flight of $360.00, the PCR test of $250.00, the parking of $42.00, the wrapping of the luggage of $36.00 and the tolls of $13.10 for wasting his and my time. However, if the business shuts down, that would be much better because they do not deserve to be in business.
