My complaint:

When flying from Santiago de Chile to Madrid the flight arrived late, therefore i lost the connecting flight to Amsterdam. The Travel Agency provided a new date for the day after, but i needed to pay for a Hotel night and a new COVID PCR test

Suggested solution:

Pay the amount of the hotel, plus the covid PCR test plus some compensation for my time
