LATAM Airlines complaint: Our comments about the flight 801 SCL/AKL on may 27th.

My complaint:

1) the service granted during the delivering of our luggage, my husband has a platinium status in the airline, we had 4 pieces and she only checked one piece with a priority tag, when we arrived in Auclkand we waited more than half and hour for the rest of the luggage.
2) The crew arrived to the gate to board the aircraft , the purser, a guy with loose long hair looked like he was coming from a party.
3) the flight itself was a real torture, we sat there for 12 hours ,seating in very unsortable seats in the central zone 21 E and F, we could feel the steel frame in your bottom.
4) In this flight there were about 20 children , we had 2 of them next to our seats, as soon as we took off the party began, they never stopped screaming and the parents were watching the movie.
this situation occurs very frequently nowadays in long flights, ruining the experience of flying, therefore, we believe that passengers do not deserve this awful situation, the fact of being trapped in a small seat supporting screamings for hours, therefore you need to figure out several flights with no children on board, if you have them please grant your passangers a discount, we deserve it if you want to keep your faithful passengers with you, for us it is amazing that we could not bring our cat with us , she could be a danger for other people.
5) The breakfast was served very late , my chease and ham sandwich was wet from being freeze.
6) the purser never walked through the economy cabin, I suppose he is responsable of keep the peace during the flight.
7) during the disembarking passing through the business section the passengers had the chance to see the disaster of it, nobody had tidy this cabin .
8) we write this letter as former cabin and cockpit crerw of the good old days of Lan Chile, LATAM looks like a low cost airline , shame on you.
