My complaint:
Hi,
I had booked a full refund ticket from LATAM airlines and then had cancelled it to get the refund back. It has been more than 75 days and i have not received my refund. Customer care give a new reason everytime we call.
-Sometime saying card is not valid (which is not true, i have received a refund from them for another ticket as well within 7 days).
-Sometime they say they have an internal problem.
-Sometimes they say i should accept refund in another currency (i paid in USD). Otherwise they will start the refund process again.
They are just making a fool every time we call. so looking to take some action against them.
Suggested solution:
Process refund immediately.
