My complaint:

The apartment that I booked gave lastminute.com 400 Euros for me and i have proof but last minute.com only agreed to give me 300 Euros back, they said that there were no evidence that they were given 400 Euros but there evidently is which means that stole 100 Euros from me and they are still refusing to give me it back.

Suggested solution:

By giving me my money back.
