My complaint:

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my deep concern and dissatisfaction regarding the ongoing issues at the LA Fitness location related to the basketball court’s heater and the general state of equipment maintenance.
For the past two months, the basketball court’s heater has been malfunctioning, and has become an unwelcoming environment with temperatures being under 50 degrees. Despite numerous inquiries and reports about this issue, there has been no resolution or apparent effort made to rectify this problem. We would just be told the wrong part was ordered with As a result, many members, including myself, have experienced discomfort using the courts and have been deterred from using this space.
Moreover, the deteriorating condition of the gym’s equipment is becoming increasingly apparent. Multiple pieces of equipment have been in unusable for over three months, limiting the workouts and safety of our workouts. This lack of timely maintenance not only affects the functionality of the gym but also raises concerns about the commitment to member satisfaction and safety.
As a loyal member of LA Fitness, I am disheartened by the prolonged negligence and lack of urgency in addressing these essential matters. I understand that maintenance issues can arise, but the extended duration without resolution is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the gym’s standards.
I urge you to prioritize these concerns and take immediate action to resolve the heater issue in the basketball court and ensure that all equipment throughout the gym is ly repaired. Members rely on a functional and safe environment to pursue their fitness goals, and these issues greatly hinder that experience.
I kindly request a swift response detailing the steps being taken to address these concerns and an estimated timeline for their resolution. Your attention to this matter is greatly appreciated, and I hope to see swift improvements in the gym’s conditions.
I have attached pictures of the 2 calf raise machines that have broken paltformsfor over 6 months. As you will see, we are expected to place our feet on a sharp edge with loaded weight.
