My complaint:
In my contract for my personal trainer I was promised two complimentary sessions. The manager of the location said to speak to the trainer, the trainer said to speak to the manger. They both keep sending me to each other back and forth. The manager does not call me back or resolve the situations. I’ve been trying for the past 2 months. I pay $254 monthly and this is the service I receive. My name is Shintha Alam
