My complaint:
This manager always has a smug look on her face, and is always having personal conversations with the front desk employee not letting them do their job correctly, which is to make us as guests feel welcomed and make us happy to leave. They never do this ignore all the guests, they all don’t say anything, but I find this act very disrespectful and ruins the reputation of this gym in Glendale. This lady manager always has a bad attitude and should be replaced. Second time filing complaint about this lady.
Suggested solution:
Replace the manager, to boost the overall vibe and moral of the club, she obviously is abusing her position and infecting her employees to showcase a sub par performance when greeting guests.
