My complaint:
12 months ago my account was hacked and my trading password was used in this process to convert funds to Bitcoin AND to withdraw them without any security notifications from KuCoin. I was devastated but then the market tanked and I didn’t care so much. In the meantime I still had some usdt funds earning interest which hadn’t been touched: I have now decided to withdraw them and my trading password has changed and KuCoin won’t even allow me to change it.
Suggested solution:
Improve their security and give me back my trading password
