My complaint:
So on December 20th I mad a futures trade for up to 600 and 300 and it instantly liquidated as soon as I pressed market stop. It didn’t hit the liquidate point yet. Also it got stuck and wouldn’t let me stop the orders.
Suggested solution:
Give me my money back
I have the same experience, and I am fighting for it. I have video proof as well. Dont know where to file complaint.
