My complaint:
I deposited money into my Kucoin.com account. When i tried withdrawing it, I got locked out of my account.
Contacted customer support and got no help. Just one form letter after another. They would never answer something i asked them directly. Just sent a different form letter. They kept saying my account doesn’t exist even after I sent screen shots of my deposits.
Meanwhile, they have my money and it has become clear I will never get it back.
I wish there was a way to take legal action against them.
Suggested solution:
Allow access to my funds or send a check for the amount in my account.
