KuCoin complaint: Token Removed without final notice and fault on Kucoin Side

My complaint:

I bought a token Alpaca for around 200 USDT a long time ago and after the dip, I took a pause on crypto trading. Then, when i tried to login to my account last month, the account was not logging in and struck when i entered the password. I checked the internet and came to know that they have made the 2Fa compulsory without even notifying me. When I enabled the 2Fa, my tokens were being shown in the app but the withdrawal option was disabled and i came to know that it was the second last day of withdrawal so i emailed them to enable the option. The option was not enabled in the due time and I lost my investments. Then I made a request to enable the option but the option was not enabled and they told me that the tokens are gone and i cannot recover. So, I am requesting from this platform to reevaluate the scenario and make any reasonable adjustments for me. My email ID is shahzaibyounis77@gmail.com and username is Shahzaibyounis77. Suggested solution:

I would like them to make a refund or enable the option to at least withdraw my investment.
