My complaint:
I’m a merchant in kucoin for 4 month, i have met so many scammer, they r using other people account, kucoin only kyc player for the first time they create the account, and the scammer buy their account and start to do money laundering, and our merchant bank account been block because of scammer, we report in kucoin after the account is close, they buy one more account, we merchant do so many verify do become a merchant, but player can just easily open new account, me myself already have a bank account been block, and as i know many merchant also same, now almost 80% of the merchant dun put bank account number because we r fear of scammer, we will do kyc with the buyer to identify buyer is the account holder then only we will give our bank account number, but now the customer support require us to give our bank account number openly, this is so irresponsible. i suggest kucoin can do face verify every time when we post ads and when we place order. if kucoin can verify for us, we merchant will also don’t need to hide our bank account. thank you
