My complaint:
I have booked flight from Bangalore to Ho chi min city via kiwi.com but you guys created different pnr number and Bangalore to Mumbai flight is delayed and due to which they didn’t allow to enter flight from Mumbai to go chi min which has been created great loss and very loads of stress this purely your mistake and I need the refund of complete money which we paid.
Suggested solution:
I don’t know how they have tried since I paid to your website and flight issues has occurred due to your mistake with two different pnr number I need you to refund my loss on priority
