My complaint:
In the end of August i booked flight from Athens in Greece throuh Kuwait to Colombo in Sri Lanka. Fat first second flight was changed making me wait many hours on the airport. I was denied the refund even i wanted to book another flight. Today i checked the first flight with Aegean and it apears this flight doesnt exist. Kiwi booked it but never informed me it was cancelled. when i informed their customer service then i got email about flight cancellation. I was offered 260e credit for 1300e flight. So i choose monetary refund. Their employee informed me i can ask for priority refund. It cost 20e but this fee is paid from refund amount. Which is not true as i couldnt proceed refund without payin the fee. Everything about it is handeled terrible. Customer service asociates are givin false information, no one inormed me about flight cancelation. And by law im entilted to refund as airlines cancelled the flight. But they said this depends of the airlines. Their policy is against international law. I dont know what to do to get back 1300e i paid for the flight
