My complaint:
I have a tickets booked through Kiwi
A flexi tickets which allows me to change both of the tickets
When I attempted to change the departure ticket and succeeded it blocked me from changing the return tickets
I was treated with disrespectful and like i am a stupid person who doesn’t understand
I went through their policies i have the right to change both of the tickets and they blocked me from changing the return one
I am being put on hold, hung up on, replied to with stupid excuses.
I am angry and I want to file a huge complaint
Suggested solution:
Cancel my whole booking and refund me
