My complaint:
I received an email from kiwi.com saying that my flight has been canceled by the carrier.
I called the carrier and the carrier said that they didn’t cancel any flights.
I called back kiwi.com and they offered alternatives with money to pay from my side, even though the flight was not canceled by the airlines nor by me.
They even proposed to me at some point to buy a ticket directly from the airlines for the same flight (imagine the situation) and then to file for a refund later with them. It’s as if they admitted that the flight was not cancelled by the airlines.
I even have a proof by email from the carrier that the flight was not cancelled.
Suggested solution:
I want them to restore my trip bcz it was never cancelled anyway or to fully refund my trip
