My complaint:
My flight from ZRH-DUS was canceled by the airline in January.
the ticket value was more than 480 CHF.
6 months later I finally receive the refund notification, and all I’m getting back according to Kiwi is 15 CHF?
Suggested solution:
I want the full flight costs refunded - and this time in monetary form.
No Kiwi credits anymore, because I don't want to use this platform anymore
