My complaint:
I booked a ticket a month ago from Venice to Tehran and back. One ticket from Venice to Armenia for August 8, one from Armenia to Iran for August 9, and the return flight from Tehran to Armenia and Armenia to Venice for August 30. Now the flight from Armenia to Tehran and back has been canceled and I have to choose an alternative flight. For this, on the website that I go to, it says 350 euros, you have to pay more. If this is the case, what will happen to our previous flight money?? They said nothing. And if it is possible to cancel only the flight from Armenia to Iran and back? They said no only whole journey!!!
Also I sent one of my friends who lives in Armenia to the FLYONE ARMENIA agency and they told them our flight is not cancelled and the agency is Fraudster!!!
If this agency has many many complain so why you don’t fine it and close it for ever??!!!
Suggested solution:
Give my all money back or give the money for the cancelled flights
